Wiser Air does not use a small piece of wire as a jumper. The jumper is pre-installed on the bottom right corner of the back-plate. Please see the Wiser Air installation guide for further instructions.
You login to the app with the same credentials that were used when creating your account.
If there is no progress on the loading screen for several minutes, please try to turn the HVAC system off and on from your breaker panel, if the issue continues, please contact our technical support.
On the top of the screen you will be able to see an option called “Boost” (blue for cooling, yellow for heating). If you tap on that option it will show you the Comfort Boost screen, where you can stop, increase or decrease the time. You can also do this from the app.
